Plaintiffs, as the insured under an “Own-, ers’, Landlords’ and Tenants’ ” public liability policy, brought this action to recover from the insurer. A demurrer was sustained to their supplemental complaint. They declined to plead further, and the trial court dismissed the action. Plaintiffs have appealed.
