This is an appeal from a suit by The Home Indemnity Company, Inc., for declaratory judgment to determine its liability under a policy issued to Reed Equipment Company.1 This coverage dispute arises out of the following facts: On February 7, 1977, two Reed Equipment employees, Allen Dean Bradwell and Joel Earl, were operating separate vehicles — Earl in a six-wheel truck and trailer followed by Bradwell in a one and one-half-ton truck — when the Bradwell truck was involved in a collision with an oncoming vehicle driven by Cecil David Turner.
