Error to Huron; Beach, J. Case by William H. Hunter against the township of Dwight for personal injuries. A judgment for plaintiff is reviewed by defendant on writ of error.

The plaintiff recovered a verdict for $1,000 against the defendant township for injuries sustained upon a bridge, and defendant has appealed.
