SULLIVAN, Judge:

During April 1984, appellant was tried by general court-martial composed of officer members at Fort Lewis, Washington. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of conspiracy to distribute marijuana and distribution of marijuana on October 18, 1983, as well as conspiracy to possess and distribute cocaine, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute on November 15, *3581983, in violation of Articles 81 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881 and 934, respectively.
