*488This is one of a number of cases concerning residential mortgage-backed securitization trusts created in the lead-up to the financial crisis of 2007. Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. ("Deutsche Bank" or "plaintiff"), in its capacity as Trustee for the Morgan Stanley Structured Trust I 2007-1 ("MSST 2007-1" or the "Trust"), commenced this action against Morgan Stanley Mortgage Capital Holdings LLC1 ("Morgan Stanley" or "defendant") on April 28, 2014.
