STANLEY, District Judge.
The plaintiff alleges in her complaint that on June 17, 1937, the defendant, The Prudential Insurance Company of America, issued to her deceased husband, Edwin Holt Moore, a policy of life insurance numbered 9854254 for $20,000, with double indemnity in the event of death by accidental means, and that said policy of insurance was in full force and effect when the insured, Edwin Holt Moore, died on October 14, 1955.
