MEMORANDUM OPINION
TILLEY, Chief Judge.
This case arises out of Plaintiffs’ Si-maan, Inc. (“Simaan”) and Simaan Market Street, LLC (“SMS”) purchase of a retail gasoline station from Defendants BP Products North America, formerly BP Oil and Exploration, Inc., who is also a Defendant (collectively “BP”). This case is before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss or, in the Alternative, for Judgment on the Pleadings and Motion to Strike or, in the Alternative, to Make More Definite and Certain [Doc. # 100]. For the reasons set forth below, the Defendants’ Motion is DENIED.
