This is a Commonwealth appeal from the order of the Court , of Common Pleas of Allegheny County granting the suppression motion of appellee, Charles Boriasorte.1 The *337Commonwealth asserts two instances of error by the court below: First, it argues that the court erred in ordering the suppression of evidence seized pursuant to a search on the basis of findings which were not supported by the record.
