This is an appeal by J. J. MacNeil and Ella C. MacNeil, his wife, hereinafter called defendants, from a judgment of the superior court of Maricopa county, rendered against them and in favor of J. L. Vance as trustee in bankruptcy of M. J. Casey, hereinafter called plaintiff.
