The Plaintiff, Trevor Wilks (“the Plaintiff’), proceeding pro se, brings this action against the Defendant, Elizabeth Arden, Inc. (“the Defendant”) alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et. seq. (“Title VII”). Specifically, the Plaintiff alleges that the Defendant violated Title VII by subjecting him to a hostile work environment and terminating him based on his national origin.
