YOUNG, Chief Judge.
The present application for attorney’s fees presents a recondite question of first impression in the application of the provisions of the Massachusetts Civil Rights Act, Mass.Gen.Laws ch. 12, § 111. Although the question presented is apparently unique, the facts may be simply stated.
