Plaintiff Jeong Woo Kim (“Kim”) brings this putative collective action on behalf of *443himself and other similarly-situated persons, seeking to recover unpaid minimum wages and overtime compensation pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., and the New York Labor Law (“NYLL”), N.Y. Lab. Law § 190 et seq. (ECF No. 1).
