OPINION

FOLEY, Judge.

Kenneth R. Gunderson appeals from an order denying his motion to terminate his maintenance obligation to respondent Yvonne R. Gunderson (n.k.a. Yvonne R. Sheridan) following her remarriage. The trial court ruled that the dissolution decree, *571entered pursuant to the parties’ stipulation, unconditionally provided for rehabilitative maintenance for a period of 42 months and that remarriage of his former wife did not extinguish appellant’s obligation. We affirm.
