COLEMAN, Chief Justice.
This is an appeal by the defendant-lessee from an adverse judgment rendered in a suit for damages by reason of the defendant-lessee’s default under a personal property leasing agreement. The case was tried to the court without a jury. Findings of Pact and Conclusions of Law were filed. The judgment is affirmed.
