No. 20109 is a proceeding in error, prosecuted by the Pennsylvania Railroad Company against the Public Utilities Commission, to reverse the final order of that commission authorizing the Forrest Motorbus Transportation Company to sell, and the Buckeye Service Company to buy, certificates of public convenience and necessity Nos. 136 and 1119, authorizing the operation of motor transportation lines for the transportation of passengers between Cleveland and Medina, and between Cleveland and Wooster, Ohio.
