OPINION
STEPHEN RASLAVICH, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court is a Motion filed by Hamilton Leasing Company (“Hamilton”) for relief from the automatic stay pursuant to § 362(d) of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the “Code”), 11 U.S.C. §§ 101-1330. 1 Hamilton seeks relief from the stay with respect to certain personal property in the possession of Debtor JiSun Kim, d/b/a Wedgewood Cleaners, Inc., pursuant to a document captioned Equipment Lease (the “Lease”).
