Plaintiff claims to have become wholly, continuously and permanently disabled on January 10, 1932. He furnished claim proofs on October 18, 1933, and has received disability benefits since that date. The issue is whether he is entitled to receive disability benefits from the date of claimed disability or from and after the date of filing of the proofs, and also whether he may recover premiums paid during such period of time.
