Vargo v. Hunt
Supreme Court of Pennsylvania
1Opinion of the Court
POPOVICH, Judge:
This case involves an appeal from an order granting the Defendant’s (Christina Hunt’s) motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
A determination of whether the grant or denial of a motion for summary judgment is to be upheld requires an appellate court to decide whether the pleadings, depositions, answers to interrogatories, admissions and affidavits show that there is no genuine issue as to any material fact, and that the moving party is entitled to judgment as a matter of law.
