Defendant appeals from an order denying his motion for amended findings of fact and conclusions of law, or, in the alternative, for a new trial.

Plaintiff is a corporation organized under the statutes of this state as a social or membership corporation for the purpose of conducting a club or society for social enjoyment, mental and physical culture, renting or acquiring and owning a clubhouse and’appropriate grounds in connection therewith within Hennepin county, and operating the same.
