DeMOSS, Circuit Judge:

Shannon Taylor was charged in a 17-count indictment with ten other individuals. Taylor ultimately entered into a plea agreement in which he agreed to plead guilty to count one (conspiracy to distribute cocaine base) and to provide substantial assistance in the case. In exchange, the government agreed to dismiss the remaining four counts against Taylor and to file a § 5K1.1 motion for downward departure. As part of his plea agreement, Taylor was granted use immunity for statements to law enforcement agents and testimony against others. Taylor now appeals his sentence…
