EMILIO M. GARZA, Circuit Judge:

Joann A. Parker (“Mrs. Parker”) appeals her conviction and sentence for conspiracy to commit pubhc bribery and five counts of pubhc bribery in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 201(b)(2)(C) and 371. Ralph Parker (“Mr. Parker”) appeals his conviction for con spiracy to commit public bribery and three counts of public bribery under the same statutes. We affirm.
