On January 27, 2000, Appellant was convicted in accordance with his pleas of forcible sodomy with a child under the age of twelve, forcible sodomy with a child under the age of sixteen, and six specifications of indecent acts with a child under the age of sixteen in violation of Articles 125 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 925, 934 (2000).
