MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

At Des Moines, in the Southern District of Iowa, on the 10th day of December 1985.

This is a case under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code filed by the debtors, Max A. and Mary Lou Myers. The specific matter before the court is a motion to avoid liens on exempt tools of the trade pursuant to § 522(f)(2).
