ORDER RE OBJECTION TO EXEMPTION

PAUL J. KILBURG, Bankruptcy Judge.

On September 10, 1998, the above-captioned matter came on for hearing on objections to exemptions filed by FSA. Debtor Deb F. Mausser appeared with Debtors’ attorney, Brian Peters. Debtor Ted C. Maus-ser did not appear. FSA was represented by Assistant U.S. Attorney Martin McLaughlin. After the presentation of evidence and oral argument, the matter was taken under advisement.
