UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT DISTRICT OF NEW MEXICO In re: KELLI DENISE ALLEN and PAUL EUGENE ALLEN, Case No. 19-11843-t7 Debtors. OPINION Before the Court are the chapter 7 trustee’s objections to two claimed state law exemptions: a wage garnishment exemption claimed for the right to recover garnished wages, and a “tool of the trade” exemption for a trailer.
