Adams, the appellee, exhibited his bill in the chancery court of Jackson county against the Pascagoula Produce Association as a copartnership, and against more than fifty defendants, including the two appellants here, alleging that these persons composed an organization created among themselves for the purpose of buying and selling farm produce for profit, and for the purpose of purchasing seed and containers for shipment of produce.
