This is an appeal from the chancery court of Warren county awarding appellees damages in the sum of one thousand seven hundred fifty-eight dollars and thirty-seven cents for the wrongful issuance of an injunction in a cause between the same parties styled Howard et al. v. Sheldon et al., which originated in the chancery court of Forrest county and. came up to the supreme court, and an attorney’s fee in the sum of seven thousand five hundred dollars for the services of the appellees’ attorneys in the dissolution of the injunction in said, cause.
