Lead Plaintiff Central States, Southeast and Southwest Areas Pension Fund brings two motions on behalf of a proposed class (collectively the “Plaintiffs”) during the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act’s (“PSLRA”) discovery stay in an apparent attempt to obtain additional evidence with which to oppose Federal Home Loan Mortgage Co.’s (“Freddie Mac”) anticipated motion to dismiss.
