The Natural Resources Defense Council (“NRDC”) brings this suit against the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and John G. Walsh, Acting Comptroller of the Currency (collectively “OCC”), and the Federal Housing Finance Agency and Edward DeMarco, Acting Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency (collectively “FHFA”).
