Lead Plaintiff Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 773 Pension Fund (the “Pension Fund” or “Plaintiff’) brings this putative securities class action lawsuit against Defendant Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (“CIBC”) and four of its officers, Gerald McCaughey (“McCaughey”), Thomas D. Woods (“Woods”), Brian G.
