This case involves a dispute between a residential landlord and his former tenant over unpaid rent and the tenant’s conversion of several items of the landlord’s personal property. The defendant tenant, Andrew Chambers, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the plaintiff landlord, Thomas Hunting, in the amount of $38,416.66.
