Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. appeals the Circuit Court’s denial of its motion for a directed verdict and motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict in a wrongful death suit resulting from the death of Hazel Poloski in a pedestrian and auto collision in a Wal-Mart store parking lot in St. Joseph, Missouri in 1997.
