This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs motion for an award of attorneys’ fees and expenses pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d). On February 14, 2008, plaintiff filed a motion for attorneys’ fees (PL’s EAJA Mot., docket entry 111), seeking a total of $220,108.64 in fees and expenses.
