OPINION
W. KENNETH LAW, Chief Justice.
At a bench trial, appellant Dwayne Cas-sidy was convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and sentenced to twelve years’ imprisonment. See Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 22.02 (West Supp.2004). In two points of error, appellant contends the court erroneously admitted double hearsay and, by so doing, violated his Sixth Amendment confrontation right. We will overrule these contentions and affirm the conviction.
