MIHM, District Judge.

This matter is now before the Court on cross-motions for summary judgment. For reasons set forth herein, Plaintiffs’ Motion for Summary Judgment [27-1] is DENIED, and Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment [28-1] is GRANTED.

Factual Background

Defendant, John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company (“John Hancock”), is the insurer of an Accidental Death and Dismemberment policy (“AD & D policy”) issued to employees of R & R Donnelly & Son.
