Ronald Kinchion, plaintiff, is employed at Cessna Aircraft Company, defendant, as a small parts finish sprayer. Pursuant to injuries affecting Kinchion’s employment at Cessna, he exhausted his administrative remedies under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and the Kansas Act Against Discrimination (“KAAD”) and was given a right-to-sue letter from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
