This is an appeal from the'judgment of the court below dismissing the suit brought therein by the appellant for the establishment and enforcement of a constructive trust in respect to certain money in the hands of the clerk of the court, and for an injunction pendente lite as well as final, and from a final order denying an injunction and discharging the temporary restraining order that had been issued.
