SMYTH, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a decree of the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia, establishing the equitable claim of appellee to the sum of $56,250, in the treasury of the United States, and awarding an injunction against the Secretary of the Treasury and the Treasurer of the United States to prevent payment of the sum just mentioned to the Orinoco Company, Limited, or its receiver, two of the appellants, or to any one except the receiver appointed in the decree.
