The plaintiff appeals from the judgment rendered pursuant to a jury verdict for the defendant physician, Norman Gahm, in this medical malpractice action.1 The plaintiff filed a motion to set aside the verdict which was denied. All of the issues on appeal concern the trial court’s charge to the jury.
