OPINION
NEWMAN, Justice.
Respondent Robert D. Monsour (Monsour) has filed exceptions to the Disciplinary Board’s report recommending his disbarment.
On November 1, 1991, the Office of Disciplinary Counsel filed a Petition for Discipline against Monsour, alleging that he had violated the Rules of Professional Conduct by mishandling client funds. A three-member hearing committee held hearings on July 27, 1992 and November 18, 1992.
