ORR, Senior Judge:

Pursuant to his pleas, the appellant was found guilty of disobeying a prohibition against the possession of drug paraphernalia and using LSD in violation, respectively, of Articles 92 and 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 912a. He was sentenced by the military judge to confinement for 2 months, the forfeiture of $540.00 pay per month for 2 months, reduction to pay grade E-l, and a bad-conduct discharge.
