This is an appeal by the Pioneer Telephone & Telegraph Company from an order of the Corporation Commission requiring this company to establish physical connection with the Deer Creek Mutual Telephone Company in the town of Arapaho'.

The action w'as begun by A. E. Darnell and other citizens of the town of Arapaho filing a complaint before the Corporation Commission, alleging, in substance, that both telephone companies are public transmission companies for hire, and each, under franchise, operating a public telephone system and exchange in the town of Arapaho; that the Pioneer Company operates…
