Plaintiff alleges in her complaint that she has been discharged from her employment with the defendant Worcester Foundation for Experimental Biology, Inc. (Foundation), effective December 31, 1975, because of her opposition to Foundation’s employment practices made unlawful by 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-l et seq.
