The jury returned verdicts for appellants, husband and wife, for injuries sustained by the wife on Willow Street, Shaler Township, Allegheny County. The court below entered judgments n. o. v. for defendant, ruling as. a matter., of law that the. township had not been negligent and that wife-plaintiff had been contributorily negligent. • . ....; Willow Street, .a township road, runs north and south, and is an oil-treated cinder and dirt road, the main vehicular traveled portion of which is 15 or 16 feet wide.
