The complaint in this case alleges the corporate existence of the Washington Water Power Company, the defendant, with power to purchase stock in street railway corporations. That prior to the 31st day of February, 1892, the plaintiff, together with certain other parties, was the owner of stock in a certain corporation known as the Eoss Park Street Eailway Company.
