This is an appeal from an order of the King County Superior Court holding that certain recall charges *833filed against the plaintiff-appellants, as school board members, are legally sufficient, and denying the prayer of the appellants for a permanent injunction restraining the dissemination and circulation of ballot synopses and petitions based upon those charges.
