This case is before us for review on certiorari from the department of labor and industry. The plaintiff, Makary Levchuk, was an employee of Mr. Joe Krug, who was doing business under the name and style of the Krug Cement Products Company. Both parties were subject to the workmen's compensation law of this State, and the risk was carried by the defendant, the General Accident, Fire Life Assurance Corporation.
