BOWMAN, Circuit Judge.
Renee Sowell appeals the adverse grant of summary judgment in her Title VII sex discrimination suit against her former employer, Alumina Ceramics, Inc. See 42 U.S.C. § 2000e to e-17 (1994 & Supp. IV 1998). She alleges that material facts remain in dispute regarding her claims against Alumina for sexual harassment, gender-based wage discrimination, retaliation, and constructive discharge. We affirm.
