Appellee, a girl about fourteen years of age purchased a ticket entitling her to transportation as a passenger over appellant’s railroad from Lochiel, Indiana, to Coal Bluff in the same State, and boarded one of appellant’s passenger trains for the purpose of making the journey to visit a sister who lived at Coal Bluff and who was at the time sick. When the train arrived at Stone Bluff appellee, believing that she had reached her destination, left the train, as she claims through the fault of the brakeman in miscalling the name of the station and informing her that she had reached the station…
