MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter comes before the court on “Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss.” (Armour, Doc. 18). Plaintiffs bring this action under Rule 60(d) seeking to declare void the September 9, 2003 final judgment in Tolbert, et al. v. Monsanto Company, et al., Case No. 2:01-cv-01407-KOB.
